The questions people ask first.
Do you keep a copy of my documents?
No. The document is read, then deleted from our servers. We keep a reference - a link to the copy filed in your own Drive or tools - so you can find it from REEVES, but the file lives with you.
What about really sensitive things - passports, medical letters?
The sensitive fields (passport numbers, dates of birth, medical details) are used only to complete the task in the moment and are never written to our records. The document itself is discarded after filing.
Can REEVES see everything in my Google Drive?
No. REEVES uses least-privilege access - it can only create and manage the files it files for you. It cannot read the rest of your Drive.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your REEVES account and its references are removed. Everything REEVES filed to your own Drive, Notion, Calendar, Todoist and Xero stays exactly where it is - those are your records, not ours.
