Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of REEVES. They're written to be readable, not to bury you - but they are the binding agreement between you and 53Alpha. By using REEVES you agree to them.
01 The agreement
This agreement is between you and 53Alpha, operator of REEVES. If you use REEVES on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 to use REEVES.
02 The service
REEVES is an executive agent that reads documents you send it, files them to your own storage, and proposes coordinated actions across tools you connect. REEVES orchestrates those tools - it does not replace them, and your use of each remains subject to that provider's own terms.
03 Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Sign-in is by magic link or password; keep your email account secure accordingly. Tell us promptly at support@reeves.so if you suspect unauthorised access.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use REEVES for anything unlawful, or to process documents you have no right to.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Resell or misrepresent the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.
05 Your content & tools
Your documents and data remain yours. You grant REEVES only the permissions needed to process documents and act in the tools you connect, on your instruction. You're responsible for having the right to share what you send, and for your own accounts with connected providers.
06 Approvals & actions
REEVES proposesactions; nothing is posted to your connected tools without your approval. While we work hard on accuracy, AI-extracted data and proposed actions may contain errors - you're responsible for reviewing before you approve. REEVES is an assistant, not a substitute for professional, financial, legal or medical advice.
07 Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan tiers differ by document volume and features as described on our Pricing page. You can change or cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Early-access pricing is indicative and may change before general launch.
08 Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or modify features to improve REEVES. Where a third-party tool changes or limits its access, the corresponding REEVES functionality may change too.
09 Liability
REEVES is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, 53Alpha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions you approved, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
10 Termination
You can stop using REEVES and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your REEVES data is erased - documents already filed to your own storage remain yours and untouched.
11 Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and the date above updated. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: support@reeves.so.
